What's New at WJTA
December 2025
We wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays as we close out 2025!
This year the WJTA hired its first full time CEO, Micheal Johnson, in August. Mr. Johnson will accelerate WJTA’s growth and develop new programs, bringing increased value to members.
The association’s training and certification program continued to expand. The WJTA Orange Book underwent an in-depth review with a new edition expected to publish in January. Twelve scholarships were awarded to WJTA members and their dependents. Finally, the association held a successful conference and expo in our final year in New Orleans.

The social outing will return to Wildcat Golf Course in Houston on October 26, 2026, raising money for the WJTA student scholarship fund.
